‍Return Policy: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team who will work with you to resolve your issue.

‍Shipping: Calisla Health will ship based on the method you choose from the available options. Please note:We ship internationally.Shipping is free on orders over $150 before taxes in Canada and the US (please allow for 3-9 business days for free shipping).We will not be liable for any loss or damages (direct or indirect) or expense due to shipping.Please allow 2-3 days for order processing. Please keep in mind that shipping only takes place Monday to We3dnesday to ensure packages (especially gels) fo not sit in transit over the weekends.Shipping withink New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, PEI, Ontario and Quebec will be approximately 2-3 days in transit. Shipping to Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and BC will be approximately 2-6 days in transit.Charges for shipping will be listed when you complete your purchase.You are responsible for all federal and provincial taxes related to shipping charges.During peak times of the year, shipping may be delayed. We cannot control shipping issues.All merchandise sold hereunder will be shipped at the Buyer’s risk, and risk shall pass to the Buyer upon our delivery of merchandise to a carrier. Therefore, all claims involving loss or damage to merchandise should be solely against the carrier. Claims for damaged goods should be made directly to the carrier.
